Review Detail

Overall I like TMM, but they have struggled to maintain their older boats. We did a 10 day charter and they had to come fix the boat twice. We weren't able to sail for several days due to the maintenance issues, went without AC/Generator/power twice and just generally felt like the boat wasn't well cared for. The staff who fixed the boat apologized and said the problems were just maintenance issues they hadn't gotten around to fixing yet. Running rigging failures. Multiple Generator failures.

The sad thing is we chartered the same boat 10 months before and had a great experience. Something changed and the care/quality that TMM is known for just wasn't there.

I didn't ask for any comp, but the sales team said they would try to help. The response later came back that they didn't care to do anything for us.

Don't think we will be back. Sad stuff. I really think they had a good outfit.
